need to change widthof centre cell to expand to the right

i have removed all the centerboxes on the right and want the middle text, themain part of the site to expand from left to right. to basically fil up the area on the right where i removed the boxes.

woud b something to do with widthof table. what file woud i need to change this?

You don't need to do anything with the center column. The right sidebar is still there even though it's empty.

In admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Column Right Status - Global > turn off.

I also tried to do this..I went to change the Right Global to off and it turned off both sides altogether and just shows the text in the center of the page..what an I doing wrong here?

Are you sure you only turned off the column-right? Double check your settings. From your description, you should not be getting the reported behavior.

Yes I am sure I only turned off the right column. I just installed this yesterday and its the new version of the zen software. I have no idea why this is happening. I left the Left side Global on and turned off right side global..however what is also strange is when I do try to turn off the left side..it does not remove it when I set it to 0.....any idea?

There are some /admin/includes/boxes/ files changed for v1.3.8, so it is conceivable that a bug was introduced. It probably warrants looking at the code.

I Honestly have no idea what to even look for. Is there something I can paste onto this thread for someone to take a look at and see if something appears wrong?? Thank you for your replies, I appreciate it very much!
