Header title/change it

Ho do i change these titles, i know its such a basic Q but searching and searching i cant seem to find the way to change them or add an additional header category.

Hello DezineJunkie:
I'm assuming you are new to zen...
This is located in
includes/languages/english/header.php.
Note if you're going to make any changes make sure you copy that file and place it in
includes/languages/english/custom/header.php. (note custom will be the folder name you gave when you first installed zen. Also if you are using a different language it will be in it only language folder.
Make sure you backup the header.php file before you do this, also do NOT delete the orginal file in
includes/languages/english/custom/header.php
You can make changes in the orginal header.php and if you do and if you ever upgrade all the changes will not take place.

You will also need a text editor or and HTM program to make these change . Notice the .php extension keep that extension.

One last thing. Make sure you do not delete the quote marks...
