CC Payment Bug - 1146 Table 'refstore.TABLE_SO_PAYMENT_TYPES' doesn't exist

After CC payment purchase confirmation, i get this message, does anyone know what this might mean or how to correct it?

1146 Table 'refstore.TABLE_SO_PAYMENT_TYPES' doesn't exist
in:
[select * from TABLE_SO_PAYMENT_TYPES where language_id = '2' order by payment_type_full asc]

I am on v1.3.7.1 UTF-8 English & Chinese, perhaps something to do with the language?

you need to make sure that you have added all of the files from super orders looks like you missed the includes/extradatafiles or extra_configs
