Mr Mrs Sign Up and email

Is it possible to remove the MR and Mrs radio boxes from the account sign up form and to get all emails addresses to the customers FIRST name only?

Turn off the salutation requirement in the Admin> Configuration> Customer Details.

Is there any way to add a logon off link?

if you use the stock links in the header the login automatically change to logoff after signing in.

Also is there any way of getting the first name in to the welcome email?

Without the Salutation it should do it automatically.

Are it does the full name and I only want the first name.
