    Default CSS not displaying

    Hi every one

    For the life of me i cannot get the css to display the content correctly on a fresh install. I have attempted this several times and even had someone else try for me to see if i was making any mistakes...

    Has anyone encountered this or a similar issue in the past?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated...
