space between product headers - css i think?

i want to add in a small bit of space between the top and bottom of my product images in my product listing page. i also want to justify everything left, inc the headers and change the background that all the headers are on. see my page here. the background colours are grey and would like them white.

Regarding grey bgs, where? I don't see grey bg anywhere on your site?

thanks for your help grey blueie colour. the bg colour of all header margins that the nav sits in.
