I have had my Zen Cart Store up and running for about 6 months with no problem. Recently, two orders came in and I did not receive the attached files that went with their orders. (I sell customized products where my customers can send photos to go on coffee mugs, etc.).
I had to get my customers to send them directly to my email. Could their files have been too large to submit using the file upload tool? They were 1.3 MB and 1.6 MB and the second order had a file that was 2.1 MB.
