I have lots of downloadable items that are free and I would zen-cart to set it after processing to completed automatically without me having to do it manually. How do I set that up. Also is there a point in setting that up. Why is it processing when it's free.
Please could you re-phrase this. It's very unclear what you're asking. What processing are you referring to? What are you doing manually that you would like done automatically?
When someone orders a product they get processing and once it's completed they get updated to delivered. Because I have free products once they download their product I want it to automatically change from processing to completed. I changed the wording from delivered to completed.
What order-status do you have set on your Zen Cart Free Charge payment module? If an order is free, this is the module that processes the transaction. Whatever order status you configure it to will be the status of the order when it completes.
