Hello Everyone:
Would like to know if there is a setting to omit the number of Units in Stock on the product page.
ie 100 Units in Stock

Catalog > Product Types > Product-General > edit layout > Show Quantity in Stock

Yes. There is one for each product type. You can find them at Admin > Catalog > Product Types. Select the product type that you are using, click on the "edit layout button" and look for the "Show Quantity in Stock" option.
