USPS module in testing but no results

Hi,

I am new as new can be to ZenCart. I put the USPS module in test but results are always "Cannot resolve address" or something to that effect. I signed up for Web Tools etc but I noticed that Web Tools offers a number of API's including:
Address, Delivery, Rate etc as result options. They followed up with an email and supplied two api calls. One for secured and the other not secured. Without knowing what ZC is doing under the covers, I have no way of tackling the issue.

My USPS module is in test, tax basis is "Shipping", USPS options are "Display Weight and Transit Time" I am using domesting shipping options only and have set the Debug email to true.

What I did notice in the USPS Module wer some instructions which stated in short, sign up for webtools, insert the userid (which I did), then it states to immediately call USPS and ask them to allow you to go to the production server.

This made me think that the Test part of this does not work.

There is no point in using the test server.

Go to production directly and you'll save yourself a lot of headaches.
