Newsletter Subscribe Sidebar Problem

I recently installed "Newsletter Subscribe v 2.0.7" to ZC. I can see the effects of this change in the configuration/layout settings and the customers tab on the top but it is not appearing in my "tools/layout boxes controller."

Any ideas about how to fix this problem and get a newsletter subscribe field in my sidebar?

that because its not listed in the tools/layout boxes controller
you need to go to Configuration>E-mail Options and check that the Display "Newsletter Unsubscribe" links is enabled

I?m gone i nadmin into Configuration>E-mail Options and check that the Display "Newsletter Unsubscribe" links is enabled, but it don't show yet in admn sideboxes panel.. I'm using zencart 1.3.8 on www.italiancoins.org
