I recently installed "Newsletter Subscribe v 2.0.7" to ZC. I can see the effects of this change in the configuration/layout settings and the customers tab on the top but it is not appearing in my "tools/layout boxes controller."

Any ideas about how to fix this problem and get a newsletter subscribe field in my sidebar?
