Hi there! It seems that some of my customers do not get redirected and an order is never processed for them after they go through paypal. (Maybe when they use the "Use a Credit Card" option in paypal instead of their paypal account - this was the payment method with one customer I was able to get ahold of) It's not with all customers just a few..anyone know a common problem that causes this or a way to fix it?
