Unique User/Authorization Question

Hello,

I am running into a small problem with a single user authorization. I have spent plenty of time searching through the FAQ's and previous posts but haven't really found a solution.

In Customer Details, I have both Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices and Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending set to 2 (May browse but no prices unless logged in).

That is set to how I want all new users to default, but I am attempting to set up a default user with a set username and password to send out in my mailing to show my customer the new website with browse capability AND the ability to view prices, but not to buy with the default user.

I have gone into the individual customer screen and set the Customer Authroization Status to "Pending Approval - May Browse With Prices but May not Buy", but Zen Cart still will not show the prices. I would assume that this is because I have both of the Customer Details set to 2, but I thought that I could designate approval levels individually by customer.

Okay, I took another look around the admin console and in the customer's individual profile under the Customers tab, it says that he has access to browse with prices but may not buy, but when I log in as this customer, it still will not give me access to the prices on the web site.

Is there a way that these two settings (the individual customer approval level and the overall customer approval settings) can work to make this one customer have a different access level than all other customers?
