Screwed up ZC

Hi all,
I think I know what i did wrong - I uploaded my back-up site through Go-Live and it corrupted my files. I am now getting this message:

So if I have corrupted some files - is there a way to tell which ones - I still have my lovely back-up, which I created before I started making any changes.

It could be a cache/session problem or an extra space problem. Try these -- the first two have links to a possible fix tool, the third has other ideas to try. (I know the first two aren't exactly what you did, but the fix might be the solution anyway.)
