I have turned off the Previous/Next buttons in EZ pages in Admin/Configuration/EZ Page Settings but the "back" button stays, example here:

I have found threads about the fact it is smart, which is cool, but my site is so small I don't really need one right now.

1. Can the EZ pages back button be turned off via Admin?

2. The back button has a css style .buttonRow but that also applies to the checkout page buttons and I only want the style to apply to the "back" button.
Plus, the style .buttonrowback and the style for the button itself .cssbutton_back don't work for applying any margin or padding.
Maybe I could add a div around the button but where is it in the files?

Any suggestions appreciated.
