Orders not appearing on Orders.php page

I am new to Zen Cart and just started installing a new site. Over the last few days I've customized Zen Cart so that it will act as a refill request system for my pharmacy. Unfortunately it appears that orders are not displaying properly on orders.php. When on my admin home page I can see that I have several orders however the list on orders.php only shows the first 4 orders that I sent. The others can all be seen if I enter the order number in the search field, or if I click one of the batch buttons on Superorders 2.0. Any ideas on what I may have done to create this problem?

More than likely you are missing a Total in the orders_total table for the ot_total class ...

Without these, you can search to find an Order but they will not display ...

Browse the table orders_total and you should be able to see how to build these missing records ...

Thank you! Since I'm not actually collecting payment on my site I had disabled the ot_total module. I reactivated it and all is well.

Thanks for the update ... that will definitely break the display of the Orders if you do not have the Order Total Module installed for the Total ot_total ...
