Default how do I copy attribute to another attribute?

Please can some one help me. I want to copy the attributes from Right Sphere into an attribute called Left Sphere to enable people to put the lens power of the other eye into their prescription (example page on http://www.designerspecsbypost.co.uk...&products_id=8 )
This will save me hours inputting the values into the Left lens. I will also need to copy the Right cylinder power into the left cylinder value.

Also is there a way to enlarge the box so the values goes across the whole page and not just further down the page.

As a side line do you know if they can upload a photo (e.g. jpg) of their prescription onto the data base so I can look at that to check they have the details correct.

And any ideas on how to speed up the page load it seems slow compared to my non ecommerce sites. I have used Gzip and not using Gzip.

Many thanks, I am learning fast and it seems a brilliant piece of software.

    Will

Look in the Catalog ... Option Name Manager ...
Copy ALL Option Values to another Option Name
All Option Values will be copied from one Option Name to another Option Name
