Most of my digital downloads work fine. However, there are a handful of them that don't work, and I can't figure out why.

The download files in question are all zip files. They open and unzip perfectly from my regular server (when not related to Zen cart).

I'm in a LINUX server.

When Download by streaming is true (whether or not Download by redirect is true or not), their file size shows up correctly in the Customers Account, but when you download these files, it very quickly brings up WinZip with 0 files. Other files in my cart (the ones that work correctly) bring up WinZip with the appropriate files contained inside.

Now, when Download by streaming is false (whether or not Download by redirect is true or false), if you click on those files to download, the browser page just turns completely blank. The URL given is:

However, for the files that DO work, with these settings everything works fine. WinZip opens and the correct files are there.

Most of the files are very large -- the largest being 70 MB -- but there are smaller files that are having this problem, as well.

Any hints?
