Can anyone tell me why my side content is going off the main wrapper? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can be found HERE.

Nothing is going off the mainWrapper; your background image is narrower than #mainWrapper and all of the elements inside it. If you change #mainWrapper width, you will have to change all of the others. This could be avoided by setting the elements inside #mainWrapper that you want the same width to width: 100%;.
