I have read through the post on Configuring my site to Worldpay and have been unable to find any answers.
My problem is that I have customer submitting orders paying by credit card and they are receiving confirmation emails from the admin section of Zen Cart but the orders are not showing in the admin section for processing. I received this reply from Worldpay, the site is all operating fine through manual processing and money order but credit card orders are not showing.
Worldpay's Response
WorldPay would not have any idea why your orders are not being updated on your shopping cart (ie Zen cart) admin console as we can see the order details appearing under your WorldPay merchant account.
You may need to check with Zen cart Technical Support team directly on this matter as we believe they would be in a much better position to assist you with your queries as sometimes it could be some setting or configuration which needs to be configured on your end which caused the problem.
My Client has said this is what happens when testing it:
I’ve just done another visa test, I get a confirmation to my personal email, but not to my info@tcs etc where I get a copy when you do a direct debit
Purchase, and still nothing in the zen cart admin. The final page or the payment process is titled home worldpay and is blank, so no no thankyou or confirmation of the order.
Can anyone help with this, the site is fabulous and this is letting it down.
