Stylesheet problem? Help please :)

Hiya, I installed the new version of zencart today onto a unix server. I've done it before on previous hostings with no problem. I wonder is this a hosting issue?
However this time i cant get any of the stylesheet information to apply to my pages or admin. There is no colour or formatting within the pages. I can't see why.

Other than that the site works fine.
Any help would be much appreciated!

I've put below the version info i got from zencart.
