question about merging content - do I use EZ-pages?

I have an existing site which I built a Zen Cart for. To be blunt, the existing site is pretty much a dead issue. I'd like to merge the static HTML pages from the existing site into Zen Cart and move the cart into the root.

Is EZ-pages the easiest/best way to go or is there another way?

This is how I would tackle similar situation..can't think of a better way
at the moment.

I think I'll create a duplicate site to play around with this. When I originally designed the ZC, the main site was active. That's not true anymore and I'm starting to think I should just let the ZC take over and somehow link to the previous content from there.

Could use the EZ Pages links facility for that idea and activate
corresponding zencart sidebox

This might actually force me to stop dragging my feet and update some of the information on the main site. Right now most of the pages aren't linked to the main page anyway.

Gosh, EZ-Pages are... easy! Now I just have to decide if I want to paste the content into ZC or use the existing pages (which will have to be updated).
