As it is a book on how to use Zen Cart software and not a book on how to use a computer ... that is pretty useful ...

The book itself is not computer-specific or operating-system specific.
There is a section on running Zen Cart on a windows PC for testing, but the same steps can be easily adapted for Mac users. There is also info on the author's website for addendums and various tweaks for alternate approaches..
