Google XML Sitemap Addon

I have just installed the Google XML Sitemap addon into my Zencart shop. Everything seemed to go fine. 2 problems!!

1. It modifies the xml files under http://site.com/storefolder and yet pretends that it exists under http://site.com. I.e. the main site index xml will create links to the other xml files as if they are under http://site.com. This doesnt make sense!

2. This one is the biggest pain. It will pick up all my categories and dump them in the xml files. It will not pick up any EZPages at all even though I have heaps of them and they are enabled!

What I thought would be easy is just frustrating me b/c I have no idea what to do to fix it.

Can I also mention that the addon's base URL is set to http://site.com. Should this be http://site.com/shopdirectory?
