Please Help Contact Us Form Focus

Hey guys. I have been asking a question on a different post but there doesn't seem to be any activity on it any more so I am going to see if this helps.

We are having problem with the Contact Us form. Basically what is happening is that our team has built a new contact us page using the contact us page define main page which is on top of the contact us form. For some reason or however though when you go to the contact us page the page decides to scroll down to the form automatically. We are not seeing any code in the TPL page that is telling it to focus on this so we do not know exactly what it is.

If any one has any ideas or suggestions or has had this problem in the past and found a way to fix it I would really appreciate the help.
