Does Ad Manager work?

Hi everyone,

I installed the "Ad Manager" mod and the install failed. When I go to admin (in admin) and click on Ad Manager, I get the following error:

1146 Table 'database_name.zen_advertizers' doesn't exist
in:
[select count(*) as total from zen_advertizers]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Anyone have any ideas about why this is failing? (other than just telling me the table isn't there )

Check the folder for an sql file. it contains an sql query that you need to run on your database.

Let me know if you've never done that before and I'll show you how to do it.

Hi JP,

I found the SQL statements. They were in the Readme.txt file. Did not expect them there I made all the changes to the files and ended up with "unwanted" results. I did a little guessing on the code though. Seems like some of the code referenced in the readme.txt file had changed since the mod was written. So I just had to take my best guess at where one snippet of code had to go.

Never got close enough to something I like (messed my layout up) so I just decided to give up. Unless you know of something else to try...
