Step 2 of checkout - duplicate CC options??

Hi,

I'm doing some test transactions on a site I've made and while it's always been there I've just noticed that there are two identical forms for choosing payment type on step 2 out of 3 for the checkout process.

Under payment modules I have Authorize.net and Credit Card options set to true. I'm thinking this is the cause? If I have a working Authorize.net AIM account and set do I need to set the Credit Card option to true as well?

Credit Cards cc is for people who need to process Credit Cards offline ...

If you are using AuthorizeNet ... click on the Credit Cards cc and then click REMOVE so you are not running both ...

I kinda thought so because it was asking for split credit card email address but didn't know.
