    It would be smarter to delete only the entries you want to remove.
    If you delete everything, then all your existing customers and orders will no longer link to the correct country/zone information, causing all sorts of chaos.

    That's why it's safer to remove them one at a time ...

    so what can i do to delete all but uk??

    only one of my store actally has customers, one is fresh and new and unused so far

    look for the country_id of UK in the countries table, and substitute that number in the example SQL in the post I referenced earlier.
