i want to clear the country list, all i want left is the united kingdom.

yes as from my post back in april i never sat there getting rsd deleting all 259 countries one by one.

It would be smarter to delete only the entries you want to remove.
If you delete everything, then all your existing customers and orders will no longer link to the correct country/zone information, causing all sorts of chaos.

That's why it's safer to remove them one at a time ...

look for the country_id of UK in the countries table, and substitute that number in the example SQL in the post I referenced earlier.
