Hello Zen Cart users:

I just received a call from a customer who told me that she has been trying to access our site for the last 2 days but none of the images will load. She can log in, see the text, but just can't see any images. She placed an order a little over 2 weeks ago, and the images obviously loaded fine for her then because she is trying to order something now that she saw last time. The images load fine from my computer now, so does anyone know what could be going on?

I've emailed her to ask which browser she uses and to suggest cleaning her cache, and am waiting to hear back. In the meantime, can someone please try to go to my website and see if the images load on your computer?

Image-relevant contributions I have installed on my cart are: Image Handler 2 and Bestsellers with Images (I've had them for at least 6 months and have had no problems).
