I created a coupon for new subscribers to my newsletter. I have it set to only 1 use per customer, but I have a customer who has somehow used it 4 times now. On the latest use, he created a new account to scam me on the coupon. That I understand. But, on the previous three, he used it under the same account each time. How is this possible, and how do I stop it?

What exactly are the settings you have on the coupon?
