selling prints of uploaded images

Hello, I am new to zen cart but after looking around I thought that this might be the best solution for me. I have a partner that owns a printing company that can produce things like high res posters and banners, etc. I would like to create a site that allows users to upload a image, have it validate the resolution of the image and then charge the customer before I send it off to my partner who will do the actual printing and shipping. If anything, I already have a script that will upload the image and validate it but if there are any other solutions I would definitely like to hear it.

Does this sound like a job that I would be able to do with zen-cart? I have not seen another site that is offering this kind of service using zen-cart (or maybe I am wrong?).

Any suggestions or examples of what I describing would be most helpful.

Zencart allows uploading of images, validating resolutions,
..not at this time but zencart dev could
verify this.
