Actually, you'll likely need to uninstall the module (click "Remove"), and then re-install it (click "Install"). Be sure to write down all your settings first so you can put them back correctly after re-installing.
There were a lot of changes to the module between v1.2 and v1.3, so re-installing is necessary. In fact, most upgrades will require this step with all active payment and shipping modules.

Um ... Your version of Zen Cart is viewable by entering your Admin and clicking on the Server Info from the Tools menu.
