Side Box Issue

Hi,

Can anyone help me to fix this issue, on the right hand site of my site www.electronic-web.co.com I have a side box for live chat.

But it does not show Live Chat or anything like that it shows: BOX_HEADING_SHINE

How can I change this?

Any ideas?

The text file says the following:

Add the following two lines to /includes/languages/english.php

// SHINE Live Help
define('BOX_HEADING_SHINE', 'Live Help');

Where in the /includes/languages/english.php do I add this?

Ideally, it would be better to put it in a new file in the extra_definitions folder, but that's a whole different issue.
