I'm developing an engraving website and I find the features built in with ZenCart to work best with what I'm looking to do. I'm just having minor difficulties with a few things.

Right now what I have is you choose your basic model of plaque. Then you can change your size via a drop down menu. Next you input your engraving. After that I want to add a checkbox disclaimer. I've tried inserting a readonly text box to contain the text and then add a check box after and it always looks horrible. Any suggestions?

I'd like the "add to cart" button to be moved to the bottom of the page. Is this possible?

One last question would be, is there anyway when I the items show the "addon" prices? Meaning, the engraving fee and charge for a larger size get added in to the total price right off the bat. Could I have it where it said

PRODUCT's MODEL ------------------- $Base Price$
Size - 8x10-------------------- $$$$$$
Engraving -------------------- +$$$$$$$
