Ok.... this is weird IE behavior

Hi everyone,

I just made some chanages to my stylesheet and everything is ok in Firefox but not in IE. I put a background image behind (and on the sides ) of my logo.

In Firefox, the image is static and pretty much does what it's supposed to... just be there. In IE (this is the weird part)... the image does not show up unless you run the cursor over the bottom section of my logo. When you do that the image comes up and stays there (for a while)... it will then disappear in about the same amount of time as a tool-tip will stay there.

I would appreciate any help with this one... I will keep mucking my way through this... If I find an answer first I will post it here.

just realized that if you float the mouse over any part of the logo border the image shows up for a few seconds.

Yep, thats the annoying IE "Peekaboo" bug which still exists in IE7. :-)

Theres a workaround to it, which works "sometimes" — Use "position:relative;" for the div container where this problem occurs.

Good to hear from you again. Where do I put the "position:relative" code? Do I put it in the stylesheet?... I will start working with that until I hear from you.
