Streamline are rubbish. They are also fasthost, or a fasthost reseller. I think that's why the support is rubbish too.

I've had problems not just with Zen but Oscommerce and Drupal. However Joomla works fine, no idea why.

Yeah, maybe a warning to people wanting to use Zen about Streamline / Fasthost.

streamline is a bank exchange system. These are the people that move money between bank account once a credit card payment has been taken. Many of all the instore card mechines are all streamline systems. If you are having a problem with them i would say its you 3rd part payment modual which is the problem not streamline. To use streamline you require a payment modual like protex to take the card information, then the information is passed to streamline. then the money comes to your bank.

How ever move away from fasthosts as zencart wont run correctly with them.

I have to admit that Streamline.net are absolutely terrible!

I had a reseller's package with them and dedicated SSL etc but after 2 months of trying to get various carts to work on their servers (inc Zen Cart) i gave up - especially as half the time i couldn't access my sites or successfully upload files via ftp.

Their support is terrible... i'm a passive sort of person but ashamedly lost my patience by way of swearing at them in correspondence in more than 1 occasion.

Their MD kept sending me apologies/promises and a Streamline chocolate bar... but nothing changed....

I only managed to get a full refund after threatening them with court action in the UK Small Claims Court.

I wouldn't recomend them to anyone...
