We are using Zen Cart v1.3.7 and currently have our shipping set to Zone Rates by item. We ship everything Priority Mail, and our rates are set by item. We charge the flat rate shipping charges. For example 1-2 items fit into the flat rate envelope and have a shipping cost of $5. While 3 or more would go the flat rate box and would be $9.50. This has been working well for us. But, now we have added other items that do not fit this mold.

New Item #1 is too large for either of the flat rate packages, and takes a different size priority box. The shipping costs for this box is driven by weight & zone (along with size). The item weighs only a few ounces, so the only main consideration is zoning.

New Item #2 is very small, and weighs ounces as well. If 3 or more of these items were ordered and no other item was ordered, they would clearly fit into the flat rate envelope. So the 3 or more items cost doesn't fit these well either.

Is there a shipping module that will incoorperate all our items? I had considered adding an attribute to item #1 for a handling charge. But as the cost varies by zones a flat rate wouldn't work.
