Quick method for adding manual (mail & fax) orders

Does anyone know of a way to add manual orders (those we receive by mail and/or fax) to Zen Cart without going through the normal (long and tedious) process? I had hoped Easy Populate might help, but looks like it only works with products.

I thought I might be able to do something with phpMyAdmin and Excel - like upload a csv fiile of customers, then orders. However, this site uses a lot of product attributes, and I'm not sure where and how they get stored.

So, an existing add-on, module or script that someone else has gotten to work would be great! Otherwise, perhaps some guidance on doing it myself? Thanks.

I just asked the same question on here. I just loaded the encrypted admin password module. It lets me log in under the clients email and use my own password. It is better than nothing. I have the same problem as you for some clients. I get faxes and emails,
