Multiple Templates & Mods

Is there a way to have multiple templates (like one for each holiday or season) WITHOUT having to apply all the mods to each template? Then create a DEFAULT sidebox layout that is different for each template and changes automatically with the template change???

Cool, that takes care of the side boxes, THANKS - Now how about the different mods? Do they have to be applied individually to EACH template?

Yeah, they probably do, but it may depend on the mod.

If your using template overrides it would definitely affect the mods and you would most likely have to "reinstall any that use the overrides. (usually you have to rename the folder in the install to your override folder name)" It's good to keep track of which mods you have in place in the first place so you can track bugs if need be.
