Flat rate shipping after $50

I see how to do free shipping after a certain amount, but how would you go about regular shipping costs (USPS Only) by weight, then switch to a flat rate of $5 after a purchase of $50 or more?

It's fleece so the shipping weight is low, but looking for a mild incentive.

You could use the Free Shipping Options freeoptions and use the Total >= 50.00 and change the text to read something else ...

Then, have the USPS installed and now what will happen is the USPS is always there as a choice to the customer but ... when the order hits >= $50.00 it offers an Option for a cheaper slow boat to china method at $5.00 ...

thanks. I see how that can work. I installed it to see, problem is now my "estimate shipping" button stopped working.

I uninstalled the "free shipping options" module. Any idea how to repair my estimate shipping?

USPS and UPS and anyone else giving Real Time Quotes needs Real Time Addresses to make quotes ...

If it works when you put in an address, then it can be doctored up a bit ... or add text to say:
Put in an address, goober, and hit update for a quote ...
