Customers address blank

Hi
Yes when you go to admin the addresses are there when you click on customer edit.
But there is no address on the invoices or when you go through checkout.
The only place I can find a customers address is in admin or the database.

Its a new setup but have had the database transfered from an osc shop. I suspected myself it may have been something to do with the database imports but even new customers addresses do not show.

It looks like you have a problem with the database where addressbook is linked to orders by customer_id

check to see if your database shows a customer_id within the orders

Yes all seems OK in the database. Customers linked to their orders

are te address in the orders corect and if so are all the fields filled as you added extra address to your sample,

Also in your orders table is there an index named PRIMARY PRIMARY 1 orders_id

idx_status_orders_cust_zen INDEX
orders_status
orders_id
customers_id

idx_date_purchased_zen INDEX date_purchased


And in your address_book table is there:idx_address_book_customers_id_zen INDEX None customers_id

also i have tried your site and the customers address did appear at checkout,

Could you peek in your stylesheet and see if there is something blocking the display?

If the data is in the datbase ... then it should be displayed, and often times this is a little over zealousness with the stylesheet(s) for a template ...

yea i would have looked in stylesheets but she said it did not show on some places in the admin witch uses a diferent style sheet, but you may be right
