    Default admin configure.php is not writeable

    hello everyone-
    i can't move on from step 3 in installation, please help ; ;

    it says "admin configure.php is not writeable".
    i used cute ftp and checked the permission on the file "admin/includes/configure.php", but everything is enabled on read/write/execute. Also, Manual is set to 777.

    so what is the problem...? can anyone tell me~
