    help question SSL issues???

We are running ZenCart on SFREEMAN.COM and had our own GoDaddy SSL Certificate installed. I have recently had some complaints about customers getting "page cannot be found" errors. It appears that these errors are only occuring on the secure sections of this site, LOGIN and CHECKOUT. I tried disabling the secure sections using the config file and that seems to have solved the problem.

I have re-enabled the SSL sections of the site in hopes that someone can help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

SECURE SECTIONS: (buttons on top menu of Home page)
    LOGIN > https://sfreeman.com/index.php?main_page=login
    CHECKOUT > https://sfreeman.com/index.php?main_...ckout_shipping

NOTE: This behavior was reported by my client, I was never able to
duplicate the issue myself and it appears to be working OK for me now.
    Please advise!

Same here. So far I've tested using IE7 and Firefox2 on Windows XP and Firefox2 on Mac OSX and cannot duplicate the problem. But my client and several of the customers get the 404 errors consistently. I'm stumped!!!

There is no reason it would be a os/browser issue but just for fun I tested it on Vista with IE7, Firefox2 and Opera.

They all come up. However there is quite a bit of a time delay. So the issue might be that they are having problems with the speed and that the browser “gives up” and declares the page not found.

I have disabled the secure sections using the config file. If you wish to help me troubleshoot use the secure (https) links in my first message above or PM me and I'll change the config file back.

    Thanks to all!!!

SSL Certificate is issued to sfreeman.com
some links are set as www.sfreeman.com
This may cause errors being received.
