Newsletter not working?

I'm trying to set up a newsletter, but when I test it, it's not showing properly. Instead of showing the HTML version, it's showing text only. I know I've received other "rich text" emails to this email account. What gives??

I've tested it with both a Gmail account and a Hotmail account, and they're both showing text only versions.

Gmail, Hotmail and the free webmail type services are the wrost possible place to do testing.
Or possibly I suppose, the best, since if your email survives unscathed, it'll get through anywhere.
