USPS Shipping calculator problems

We've been using the USPS shipping calculator for quite awhile. We use Express Mail and Priority Mail. Priority is the default. Even when the customer leaves the default choice, it charges Express shipping on checkout. The only way to stop this is to remove Express Shipping as an option. any ideas?

I've got the same problem here and it's only recently cropped up. Makes me think that something's happening on the response from USPS. Wish I had better advice.

That problem just started for me this weekend. I'm using 1.3.7

Ditto that. Certainly not a very nice bug for our customers. I enabled flat rate shipping for the time being.. hopefully this will be fixed soon.

There are issues with USPS right now ... they do appear to have made changes but we do not have confirmation yet as to the extent of those changes ...

We are working on a solution ...
