Hey,
SOOOOO glad I searched the forums before re-installing everything. I installed the patch, the single usps.php file in /includes/modules/shipping/usps.com, uninstalled and reinstalled the module, and it works like a dream.

Thanks for the update that installing the USPS patch for November changes has helped fix your USPS shipping issues ...![]()

I am still getting this message at checkout which shows usps as an option but...
"Unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance."
I installed Ajeh's 11-19 patch to no avail. We have, in-house, Pitney Bowes mail system and scales etc. Is there a module that uses their ShipStream system?
Are others getting this usps error?
Thanks
The patch also seems to work for me as well.
Remember to UNINSTALL the old plugin FIRST. Then I simply renamed the php file in both my http and https directories (that's my setup).
Does zen cart have an official blog? Would be nice to fire off alerts via RSS in a blog format then to have to wonder if you are the only one experiencing a large spread problem, and then go hunting in the forums... I'm only asking because i setup/design/customize Wordpress blogs for a living. :-)
Has anyone figured out why this happened in the first place?

In addition, I agree with dimensionmedia... I would be nice to have some sort of alert system for wide-spead issues such as this. I wouldn't have thought to check if it wasn't for a customer alerting me as to the problem. I hate to think how many orders I lost because of this.

PART of the issue is resolved now after a Firefox cache dump and restart (whew).
I still cannot get the API to display First Class Rates even though the option is available (and selected) in the Module Admin. Perhaps this is just part of the whole API problem reported in this thread?
