Customer order total price problem

When a customer purchases items in my shop, the shopping basket total price does not change, It stays at £0.00. Even when going to the checkout the price of item(s) stays at £0.00......The shop shop inventory correctly lists the items with their price. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

If you switch to the Classic Template does it work?

If so, then this is a template issue that needs correcting ...

Otherwise, have you an URL where we can test this?
