Additional image not showing on document_general

I'm adding a product to the site as a Document General and my additional images do not show. The images are properly named picture_A.jpg and picture_B.jpg and are on the same directory. I have Image Handler 2 for v1.3.x installed and I'm using zencart 1.3.7.

Could anybody help me with this?

I"m having a similar problem. I couldn't figure out how to post so I'm sticking my question in here I have one additional pic showing up, but not the second. All are named right: http://kidsinthegarden.com/shop/inde...roducts_id=110 - at the bottom is my image 0001pp_01, but 0001pp_2 is nowhere to be found. I loaded to /images/dvd & images/large & images/main, but don't know why it isn't on my page. Is there an admin switch somewhere specifying haw many additional pics can be added?

The reason your pic is not showing up is because it is not on the server. The path for your images are as follows:

http://kidsinthegarden.com/shop/imag.../0001pp_01.JPG
http://kidsinthegarden.com/shop/imag.../0001pp_02.JPG

The first picture shows up, the second one gives you an error 404 not found. Make sure you load the pic and you'll see the picture on your product info page.

My problem is a little different, the images are on the server. If I add the rpoduct as a regular product the additional images will show at the bottom, if I do so as a document - general the images do not show.

thanks for your help, but how do I make sure that they are on the server? Of about 15 products with a second picture, this is the only one showing up:

All the pics that are supposed to be second pics are in the same place as the 0003pp, 0003pp_1 & 0003_2 photos. I loaded them all at the same time & treated them all the same way

I figured out my problem - some of the .jpg extensions are not capitalized, after changing them to all caps the pics are showing up. Tahnks again for the help!
